We're looking for freelance Project Managers who love delivering great work and championing strong processes to join our pool.
At We Are Futures, you would be supporting high-profile, multi-layered projects - working closely with Project Leads and the wider delivery team to keep everything running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
What You’ll Do
- Set up projects well – timelines, schedules, admin and resource planning
- Spot risks early – and help keep delivery on track
- Manage workloads – coordinating multiple workstreams at once
- Build great relationships – with consultants, producers, creatives, and account teams
- Champion strong processes – using tools like Teams, SharePoint, Smartsheet
- Support client communication – sharing updates, progress and KPI tracking
- Keep quality high – checking work meets briefs, objectives, and guidelines
What You’ll Bring
- Experience supporting projects from brief to delivery
- A track record of managing multi‑faceted creative or production projects
- Confidence using project management tools
- Previous experience in an agency environment
- Strong communication and people skills
