The role

Journey Alerts, the personalised travel information company, are rolling out programmes with partners around Europe and beyond

As a small team, we now need some help delivering our new international programmes, and we're looking for a confident and organised account manager to keep things on schedule. Working with train, tram and bus operators or local authorities in Europe (and possibly beyond), you'll be super organised and happy to get involved in any part of the project - from desk research to client management and testing in the real-world.

Initially a 12 month, part-time, hybrid role for three days per week, we'd need to meet in person once a week in the office (Solihull or Oxford), and there will occasionally be international travel to client meetings and workshops. We'd expect this to turn into a full-time, permanent role.
