Senior Account Manager
We have several fantastic opportunities for Account Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience driving client retention and renewals with a consultative sales style.
Salary: £30k - £31k
Realistic commission (first year): £8,000-£12,000

Reports to: Team Lead
Position
Own client retention, delivery satisfaction and commercial growth for a portfolio of clients — act as the main point of contact and the bridge between clients and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own larger / higher-value accounts and complex client relationships.
- Lead account strategy, own renewal negotiations and drive measurable growth.
- Mentor and support more junior AMs and improve account management processes.
- Work cross-functionally to improve reporting, data quality and client outcomes.

Experience & skills
- 24 months' experience in B2B sales / account management, sales or 360 recruitment.
- Strong commercial mindset — able to read metrics, tell a story and make recommendations.
- Comfortable owning retention targets and running renewal conversations.
- Excellent communicator and organiser; confident running client review meetings.
- Experience with Salesforce and basic data/analysis skills preferred.
- Empathetic, proactive and solutions-oriented.
KPIs / success measures
- Client retention rate and renewal percentage.
- Account revenue growth / upsell value.
- NPS / client satisfaction scores and delivery quality metrics.
- Timeliness and quality of client reporting and account plans.
