Employment Solicitor (1-4 PQE) – Hampshire

My client, a highly regarded Top 200 UK law firm, is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing team in Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a supportive, forward-thinking firm known for high-quality work and strong client relationships.

You will handle a varied and engaging caseload, advising both employers and employees on a wide range of employment matters, including:

• Advisory and contentious employment law matters
• Employment Tribunal claims
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• TUPE, redundancies, and restructures
• Day-to-day HR and strategic employment advice

You will work closely with experienced partners and have direct client contact from an early stage.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1‑4 years' PQE in employment law
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with a client‑focused approach
• Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
