Large Enterprise Account Executive

Sprinklr is seeking a Large Enterprise Account Executive responsible for managing key accounts that generate significant revenue. The role focuses on establishing, nurturing, and expanding valuable relationships with customers, researching and pursuing new business opportunities, and creating connections with influencers, executives, and decision‑makers.

What You’ll Do:

• Identify, negotiate, and close large deals within the UKI region, working with CMOs and CTOs of some of the biggest brands worldwide.
• Utilize superior salesmanship to develop sales opportunities and identify decision makers and influencers of prospective deals.
• Listen, understand client needs, and deliver solutions that meet expectations, building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Actively seek new sales leads and business opportunities through networking and business referrals.
• Continuously enhance industry, market, and competitor knowledge to provide a sales edge needed to close business and generate revenue.
• Seek feedback from leaders, peers, and clients to improve performance and uphold high standards of character and integrity.

• Rank among the top 10% of salespeople in your current company/division, with a proven track record of excellence.
• Smart, agile, and possess a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑moving industry.
• Have 4‑8 years of enterprise software sales experience, handling complex and enterprise‑wide SaaS deals.
• Successfully build relationships, leveraging Sprinklr’s best‑in‑class solution to identify new business opportunities.
• Passionate about the Customer Experience revolution and capable of understanding how social media platforms impact large organizations.
