What You'll Do:
- Manage online referrals with prompt response times
- Provide short‑term, solution‑focused counselling (3‑12 sessions)

- Collaborate with our Provider Services team on risk management
- Accreditation: BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS/NCS/BABCP or equivalent
- Alternative: Diploma‑level qualification + 3 years post‑qualification experience + 450+ counselling hours
- Approach: Experience in short‑term, solution‑focused therapeutic models
- Supervision: Regular professional clinical supervision arrangements should be in place
- Insurance: Professional indemnity (minimum £1,000,000)
- Compliance: ICO registration as Data Controller
Ideal Experience:
- Previous EAP experience preferred but not essential
- Assessment and support planning expertise
- Short‑term counselling interventions with workplace focus
- Understanding of organizational dynamics and work‑life challenges
- Knowledge of local therapeutic resources and referral pathways
