  • Handle respondent work for regional, national and international clients.
  • Review contracts, policies and procedures.
  • Advise on termination of employment.
  • Draft and advise on settlement agreements.
  • Provide corporate support on commercial agreements and corporate transactions.
  • Represent clients during employment tribunal cases.
