Job Description:

RTA Litigation Executive – Manchester – Hybrid – up to £34,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 firm, widely recognised for its specialist expertise and high-quality client service. Due to continued growth within the firm’s Motor department, they are now looking to appoint a Paralegal to join their award‑winning, market‑leading team.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of a mixed caseload of litigated Motor matters across both Fast Track and Small Claims. The work is varied and hands‑on, covering personal injury, credit hire, and more complex liability disputes, offering excellent exposure to a broad range of cases.

You’ll be joining a collaborative and well‑established team that acts for an impressive client base, including major insurers, TPAs, self‑insured organisations, and commercial clients. The team has built a strong reputation within the defendant personal injury and motor space, combining technical expertise with a supportive working culture.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their litigation experience further. You’ll have the chance to work on high‑quality files, carry out detailed investigations, and liaise directly with clients and third parties. While you’ll be supported by a Technical Supervisor, you’ll also be trusted to take initiative and progress your own caseload independently.

The Candidate

  • Previous experience managing your own caseload of litigated RTA Fast Track and Small Claims matters
  • Solid working knowledge of the MOJ and OIC portals
  • Experience handling Credit Hire claims
  • Good understanding of court procedures and the CPR
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and legal insight
  • Confident communicator with strong client care skills
  • Comfortable using case management systems and general IT

The Benefits & How to Apply

  • Competitive salary up to £34,000 (dependent on experience)
  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Hybrid working options
  • Private medical insurance and healthcare cash plan
  • Company pension scheme
  • Ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Clear scope for career progression
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Modern offices with good transport links
