The Role
Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support their growing recruitment function and help deliver a high‑quality experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment, is highly organised, and is passionate about supporting people through their career journey. You will play a key role in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring recruitment activity runs smoothly and professionally. This role will suit someone who has worked within a fast paced recruitment business.
Key Responsibilities
- Screen, qualify, and shortlist candidates against defined role requirements
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to interview feedback
- Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all parties are well informed
- Provide timely and professional feedback to candidates
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to support recruitment and selection activities
- Accurately record and maintain candidate information on the recruitment system / CRM
- Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition function
- Ensure a consistent, professional, and candidate‑focused recruitment experience
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally fast paced agency experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with competing priorities
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional approach
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
- Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards
- Comfortable using recruitment systems, applicant tracking systems, or CRM platforms
Desirable
- Language skills, particularly German or Dutch, would be an advantage
