BMS Service Team Leader

Circa £55,000 – 65,000 dependent on experience
If you are looking for an opportunity to blend hand on technical BMS expertise whilst developing a growing team of engineers then this is the role for you. I am looking for an experienced BMS Service Team Leader to join a household name in the BMS space.
You will be:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of BMS Service Engineers
- Supervising planned and reactive maintenance activities across client sites
- Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues and fault diagnostics
- Ensuring service delivery meets contractual KPIs and customer expectations, managing scheduling, call outs etc.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver a high standard of service
Essential Experience & Skills
- Proven hands-on experience servicing and maintaining BMS systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and building automation
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership capacity.
- Excellent fault-finding, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with energy management and smart building technologies.
