Main duties of the job

Weare seeking a highly motivated, forward thinking Band 7 Student Training LeadDietitian to join our dynamic Dietetic Service at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHSTrust. This senior role provides strategic and operational leadership forapprentice programs and dietetic placements across the Trust, ensuring asupportive learning environment, and excellent learning experience.You willplay a key role in shaping the future dietetic workforce by leading placementquality initiatives, coordinating safe and inclusive learning environments,supervising and assessing learners, and acting as the central point ofexpertise for dietetic apprentice and student education within the service.Thispost is ideal for an experienced clinician with a strong interest in education,quality improvement, and workforce development.We are a supportive, forwardthinking department committed to high quality patient care and education andprovide opportunities for leadership development, CPD opportunities andflexible working to support staff wellbeing
