Key Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and negotiate construction contracts (JCT, NEC, FIDIC)
  • Support clients throughout project lifecycles
  • Assist with disputes and claims where needed
  • Contribute to client relationship management

Candidate Profile

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years’ PQE (ideally 5+ years)
  • Demonstrable experience in construction law (contentious and non-contentious)
  • Strong technical drafting and advisory skills
  • Comfortable working closely with senior stakeholders and Partners
  • Experience within a recognised construction practice
  • Interest in helping shape and grow a developing team
  • Able to operate with a degree of autonomy
