Role: Car Sales Executive
Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire Oaks
Salary: £22,000 basic | OTE £55,000+ (uncapped) + Company Car

The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Selling both new and used premium vehicles
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to handover
- Building long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Maximising profitability on each vehicle sale
You’ll be part of a close-knit team of 4 Sales Executives, all focused on performance, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary of £22,000
- Uncapped OTE of £55,000+ (based on approx. 120 units per year)
- Earnings based on both volume and profit per vehicle

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
- 1 in 3 weekends off
- Plus a day off in the week, every week
About You
- Proven experience in car sales (ideally within a main dealership)
- A strong track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated, professional, and driven to succeed
