Junior National Accounts Manager

Are you ready to take the next step in your sales career? We’re working with a well-established manufacturing company near Goole who are looking for a Junior National Account Manager to join their team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience in sales administration who’s keen to develop into an account management role.

As Junior National Account Manager, you’ll support with the development, coordination, and execution of strategies for larger national accounts while managing your own smaller accounts. You’ll also provide essential sales administration support to ensure everything runs smoothly day to day.

Responsibilities

• Managing smaller accounts with support from the Sales Controller
• Assisting the UK Sales team in managing larger national accounts
• Building strong relationships with customers and ensuring excellent service delivery
• Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
• Assisting with sales presentations and proposals
• Monitoring client activity and sales data to provide accurate updates
• Supporting with order management, claims, credits, promotions, and product listings
• Updating and maintaining customer records and attending meetings or shows when required

We’re looking for someone who’s confident, organised, and enjoys building relationships. You’ll have experience in sales administration or supporting a sales team and be eager to take on more responsibility. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and good communication skills are key.

This is a full‑time position working Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm offering a competitive salary between £25,000‑£29,000, and excellent scope for career development within a successful and supportive team.
