Our business is split into two key areas: Skyports Drone Services, which uses drones to streamline logistics, capture data, and enhance operational efficiency; and Skyports Infrastructure, which designs, builds, owns, and operates vertiports to enable eVTOL operators to take off and land in cities worldwide. The role sits within this dynamic, high-growth environment.

The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll & Benefits Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of payroll processes across multiple regions, alongside the management and optimization of employee benefits programmes. You will ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery for both in-house and partially managed payrolls, and oversee the administration, renewal, and promotion of benefits across our international workforce.
