Role Overview

We are looking for a commercially driven and consumer-focused Product Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of our health & wellbeing product portfolio. This role combines product development, market analysis, and performance optimisation across platforms such as Amazon, D2C, and retail.

You will play a key role in identifying new product opportunities, managing launches, and scaling high-performing SKUs in a competitive FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Development

  • Own the product roadmap across supplements and wellness categories
  • Identify new product opportunities based on market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis
  • Lead new product development (NPD) from concept to launch
  • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers on formulation, packaging, and compliance

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with marketing, supply chain, operations, and regulatory teams
  • Ensure product availability, stock planning, and smooth launches
  • Align product strategy with brand positioning and campaigns

Regulatory & Compliance

  • Ensure all products meet UK/EU regulations (e.g., supplements, labelling, claims)
  • Work with quality and compliance teams to maintain standards

Customer & Market Insight

  • Analyse customer feedback, reviews, and trends to improve products
  • Stay ahead of trends in health, wellness, and supplements

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years’ experience in FMCG product management, ideally in health, wellness, or supplements
  • Strong commercial acumen with a data-driven mindset
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling products
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in nutraceuticals, vitamins, or sports nutrition
  • Knowledge of UK/EU supplement regulations
  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com or similar
  • Experience managing global suppliers (e.g., China, EU)
