A highly regarded, award‑winning law firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its growing team in Ashford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer or ambitious professional looking to progress within a respected practice known for exceptional client service.

The Role

n
• Managing a varied caseload: freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Delivering clear, proactive client communication throughout each transaction
• Supervising and mentoring junior/support staff
• Supporting marketing, networking and business development activities
• Providing cover for colleagues during absences
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and risk procedures
• Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of conveyancing law and market trends

About you

n
• Law degree, LPC, CILEx, Licensed Conveyancer-or strong experience without formal qualifications
• Proven residential conveyancing experience with the ability to run files independently
• Confident using case management systems and digital workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication with a client‑care focus
• Ambitious, proactive and keen to develop professionally
• Collaborative and supportive team player
