Fire Alarm Working Supervisor – London

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Working Supervisor to join a well-established team operating across London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on supervisor with strong technical knowledge who is confident leading small teams while also carrying out practical installation, maintenance, and remedial works.

This role comes with a company van and involves working across various sites in and around London.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervising and working alongside engineers on fire alarm installation, servicing, and remedial works
• Carrying out hands‑on maintenance and fault finding on fire alarm systems
• Working on AOV systems and smoke ventilation systems
• Completing remedial works and ensuring all systems are compliant and fully operational
• Supporting with testing, inspection, and commissioning of fire alarm systems
• Ensuring all works are completed in line with current fire safety standards and regulations
• Providing guidance and support to junior engineers on site
• Completing site reports and maintaining accurate documentation

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fire alarm systems, AOVs, and smoke ventilation
• Strong background in installation, maintenance, and remedial works
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role
• Good understanding of fire safety regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to work both hands‑on and lead small teams effectively
• Full UK driving licence required
