We are seeking driven and motivated Business Development Managers to join our growing
sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business
opportunities within a newly defined target market—Industrials—across a UK-wide
territory. This position offers the opportunity to work with a broad packaging portfolio and
play a key part in shaping our presence in this market. It is a challenging yet rewarding role,
well suited to an ambitious, commercially minded individual who enjoys building
relationships, opening new doors, and delivering results.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record of success in a sales role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Highly self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience using CRM software (desirable)
Accountabilities:
- Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients within the assigned territory
- Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations
- Negotiating and closing deals effectively
- Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Providing accurate sales forecasts
- Representing the company at industry events.
