About The Role
Based at Granary Quay, this role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service and building meaningful relationships in a vibrant residential community. You’ll be part of the Resident Services Team, supporting the Resident Services Manager and General Manager in managing day‑to‑day operations across our award‑winning Build‑to‑Rent development. From welcoming new residents to ensuring the highest standards of service and presentation, this role places you at the heart of a thriving community where no two days are the same.
Working Pattern
40 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday to Sunday on a rota (to be discussed at interview).
What You Will Do
- Support the Resident Services Manager in running the Resident Services Team
- Provide first‑class customer service to residents and visitors
- Handle enquiries and support with viewings, move‑ins, and check‑outs
- Maintain accurate records for inventories, inspections, and meter readings
- Log and follow up on maintenance issues and contractor access
- Manage keys, parking, and security to ensure the building runs smoothly
- Support resident events and community engagement initiatives
- Keep communal areas and available apartments presented to the highest standards
- Collaborate with marketing to prepare videos and photography when required
- Uphold health, safety, and security standards at all times
What You Will Have
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and booking systems
- Strong understanding of on‑site health and safety requirements
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and communication skills
- A proactive, positive, and professional approach
- ARLA, TPI, or COSHH qualifications (desirable – training can be provided)
