CSM Logistics are a long established courier company in the UK specialising in both UK and International delivery services.
The Northampton branch are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join the rapidly expanding branch to take on the role of Customer Services agent.
The successful applicant will be based in the office overseeing the smooth running of the business. Your day to day duties will include answering telephone calls from our customers and responding to emails, booking collections, track and trace and quotations. Along with updating our CRM system.
Customer satisfaction is key to our success and this must be paramount when responding to and resolving any inquiries.
Experience in both the role and the logistics industry are preferred.
The successful applicant will also need to possess the following attributes:

- Computer Literate
- Cope well under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills both on the phone and face to face
- Work well in a “close knit” team
- Competence to drive LWB size vehicles preferred to assist with Opertional support as necessary.
- Occasional overtime may be required, with an 8am start to support the business
This is a full time role – 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday with the hours of 09.00 – 18.00
