Allianz Partners has high ambition to develop Specialty Lines worldwide. As part of Global Operations in Specialty Lines, we are responsible for supporting customers with mobile‑device repairs and cybersecurity matters. This role aims to provide timely operational support to our Platform teams by enabling optimal quality‑management mechanisms and monitoring strategic KPIs such as VOC, customer satisfaction, complaints, and other OPS metrics. We guarantee robust procedures to comply with standards and regulatory needs, and enable capabilities to deliver excellence—such as learning & development and quality assurance—while supporting experts in risk monitoring and operations analytics. This role is hybrid; however, for onboarding and training purposes there will be a requirement to be in the office on joining.
We are there to empower and encourage you with your personal and professional development, ensuring that you take control by offering a large variety of courses and targeted development programs. All that in a global environment where international mobility and career progression are encouraged. Caring for your health and wellbeing is a key priority for us—this is why we build Work Well programs to provide you with peace of mind and give flexibility in planning and arranging for a better work‑life balance.
Allianz Partners does not accept unsolicited CVs or approaches from agencies. We only work with partners on our approved supplier lists, under contract. Any unsolicited submission will not be considered.
