Key Responsibilities
- Schedule workloads and manage daily workshop operations
- Lead, support, and develop a team of skilled engineers
- Maintain high quality and safety standards across all work
- Manage inventory and ensure parts availability
- Train and mentor staff to improve performance and efficiency

- Previous experience as a workshop supervisor or workshop foreman
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
