Salary: £15/h - £17/h
Location: London
Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm; Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
Set up: 4 days in the office, Wednesday WFH
Contract: Temporary
Tiger are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Compliance Manager to join on a temporary basis within a fast‑paced environment. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Compliance Manager and wider teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process. The suitable candidate will be confident managing volume and complexity, whilst acting as a key point of contact for compliance across the business.
What you’ll Do
- Manage complex or high‑risk compliance matters independently
- Lead onboarding and approve required documentation
- Manage complex compliance issues
- Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records across systems
- Review new assignments and allocate onboarding requirements
- Ensure all documentation is completed ahead of start dates
- Partner with internal teams to resolve onboarding challenges
- Generate and review contracts in line with requirements
- Monitor active assignments and manage expiring documentation
Who you are
- Minimum 1 year experience in a compliance role
- Strong understanding of regulatory processes (healthcare experience beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator anddecision-maker with the ability to work across teams
- Comfortable working with systems and documentation
- Familiarity with Bullhorn and Credentially is a plus, but not essential
