Salary: £15/h – £17/h

Location: London

Hours: Monday – Thursday 9:00am – 6:00pm; Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Set up: 4 days in the office, Wednesday WFH

Contract: Temporary

Tiger are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Compliance Manager to join on a temporary basis within a fast‑paced environment. This role will involve working closely with the Senior Compliance Manager and wider teams to ensure a smooth and compliant onboarding process. The suitable candidate will be confident managing volume and complexity, whilst acting as a key point of contact for compliance across the business.

What you’ll Do

• Manage complex or high‑risk compliance matters independently
• Lead onboarding and approve required documentation
• Manage complex compliance issues
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready records across systems
• Review new assignments and allocate onboarding requirements
• Ensure all documentation is completed ahead of start dates
• Partner with internal teams to resolve onboarding challenges
• Generate and review contracts in line with requirements
• Monitor active assignments and manage expiring documentation

Who you are

• Minimum 1 year experience in a compliance role
• Strong understanding of regulatory processes (healthcare experience beneficial)
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communicator anddecision-maker with the ability to work across teams
• Comfortable working with systems and documentation
• Familiarity with Bullhorn and Credentially is a plus, but not essential
