The Opportunity
As a Mid-weight Strategist, you’ll play a central role in contributing and shaping forward-thinking strategy for our clients. Positioned at the intersection of strategy and creative, you’ll bring rigorous research and analysis, fresh cultural insight and a genuine curiosity about people, brands and retail to every project.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate daily with our Strategy Directors, Design Directors and Project Managers to ensure our strategic thinking is baked into every project from the very start
- Support research workstreams—from drafting discussion guides, conducting consumer interviews and to facilitating collaborative workshops.
- Help analyse and synthesise research findings into clear, actionable strategies that provide creative and commercial impact for our clients.
- Work with Senior Strategists to create well-structured frameworks and narratives that spark big ideas and create action for our clients
- Keep your finger on the pulse of market shifts and consumer behavior, sharing fresh inspiration to help guide our strategic and creative decisions
- Grow your confidence in presenting strategic thinking, building positive relationships and becoming a reliable point of contact for our partners
- Contribute to our studio culture and initiatives—including our B-Corp and sustainability commitments
What you’ll bring
- 2+ years of professional experience, ideally within a creative agency
- A solid grasp of research basics (like qualitative interviews and trend analysis) and the ability to pull together a compelling narrative and presentation
- The ability to work with qualitative and quantitative data; tidy it up and present it into a clear, concise, and compelling story
- A genuine interest in people, culture, and the “behind-the-scenes” forces that make global brands successful
- Curiosity, a clear point of view and confidence when sharing your ideas with the team and clients
- Critical thinking and analysis and solid writing skills
- You’re a “one-team” player who is open to feedback, proactive about learning, and great at managing your own workload across different projects
- An interest in sustainability and social impact—you’re keen to help us thread B-Corp values through all our strategic work
