As part of the No7 Beauty Company – Global Sourcing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sourcing strategy and driving the success of our Boots Brand.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global sourcing partners and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products that align with our strategic goals.
- Lead a team of 1-3 people, fostering a culture of growth and success.
- Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards.
- Drive value through effective negotiations and cost management.
- Analyse market insights and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Buying, Sourcing, or Commercial roles, ideally within retail or FMCG.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Exceptional communication skills to manage a diverse stakeholder map.
- A passion for product and a proactive mindset.
Desirable Experience
- Experience with Own Brand or international sourcing.
- Curiosity about product innovation and emerging customer trends.
