Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of air import shipments, from receipt of documentation to final delivery.
• Liaise with airlines, customs brokers, hauliers and customers to ensure timely, compliant, and cost‑effective handling of inbound freight.
• Maintain operational efficiency and support the overall performance of the import department.

Qualifications

• Relevant industry experience in international air freight processes and customs regulations.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and customer‑focused.
