We’re looking for Assistant Project Managers and Project Managers to support the delivery of complex projects within a design & build environment. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that brings together planners, designers, engineers, and project managers to shape practical, future‑focused places. The role is Hybrid with 2 days min office attendance in Birmingham.

What you’ll do

  • Support Senior Project Managers and keep projects moving—coordinating with teams, supporting progress reporting, and staying close to the details that keep everything on track.
  • Be involved in live projects from day one, helping ensure we meet our time, cost, and quality goals.
  • Work with specialists from different disciplines, balance client and company priorities, and become a trusted part of a team that thrives on collaboration.
  • Bridge the gap between technical design and real‑world delivery, ensuring projects meet client requirements while maintaining project standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in engineering, architecture, project management, or a related discipline.
  • Student or Associate membership of the Association for Project Management (APM) or similar recognised body.
  • Exposure to NEC3 or NEC4 contracts is a strong advantage.
  • Early career project management experience, ideally within Build or Design & Build (D&B) or construction delivery environment.
