We are currently recruiting for a Night Manager to look after the Front of House Night Operations at our 5 Star May Fair Hotel.
Overview
- An amazing opportunity to join the team in Front of House at The May Fair as a Night Manager.
- As a Night Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the night operation ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times.
- You will ensure that the FOH team follows all correct reception and night audit procedures as per company brand standards.
- You will ensure that all accommodation postings are correct and that all back up procedures are implemented.
- As Night Manager your role will be to ensure you lead the night team to establish a highly motivated and winning team.
- Of paramount importance, you will ensure night security and guest safety is maintained at all times during the night operation.
About You
- A proven track record of overseeing a busy reception at night or hotel duty management experience is required.
- Previous experience of IT applications including Opera, Office 365, Guest Plus.
- Demonstrates excellent leadership skills, attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Impeccable command of English language both written and spoken.
