Role Summary
As a Project Services Coordinator, you will serve as the liaison between the Finance and Project communities, supporting the PMO function with accurate data and reporting key project milestones to Finance. You will manage and govern the Project Lifecycle in SAP (ECC), delivering planned or requested activities that ensure high‑quality services to our customers.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Compiling and setting up projects in the finance system (e.g., creating Work Breakdown Structure – WBS, milestones, and services contracts) and ensuring alignment with customer purchase orders.
- Maintaining data integrity throughout project set‑up, billing milestones, and project closures to keep processes timely and accurate.
- Supporting internal and external audit requests.
- Collaborating with relevant business stakeholders to deliver customer billing solutions, including identifying manual and automated billing approaches.
Essential Experience
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to resolve and eskale queries.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to SAP or Oracle.
Essential Qualifications
- Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or a related field.
This role is 37 hours per week, based at Farnborough. Hybrid working patterns are available, with an expectation of on‑site presence three days per week.
