Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship building. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calling, networking events, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to develop long-term partnerships.
• Engage with decision-makers to understand their business needs and present suitable professional service solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing opportunities.
• Attend networking events and business meetings to represent the firm and promote its services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions within the CRM system.
• Consistently work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
