Silcom Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Service Manager to join an established used car dealership group, based on the outskirts of Loughborough area. Responsibilities & Requirements
- Oversee the daily running of the aftersales department, including service, parts, and workshop operations.
- Drive department performance through effective management of productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the service and workshop teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Monitor KPIs, departmental budgets, and performance reports to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction & retention.
- Work closely with senior management to implement strategies that maximise aftersales revenue and operational efficiency.
Package
Up to £40,000 Basic + Bonus + Company Car & other great company benefits.
Monday to Friday – 8:00am – 6:00pm.
Saturdays – 1 in 2 (half day).
