We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations and Admin Support Manager to join our dynamic corporate catering team. This pivotal role sits at the heart of our business, ensuring the seamless coordination of administrative processes and operational delivery across multiple client sites. This is an exciting opportunity to support operational excellence, leadership, and high-quality service across our portfolio, while building strong stakeholder relationships and making a real impact on our national accounts business.
Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to support smooth business operations
- Coordinate operational activities across multiple catering sites, ensuring consistency and efficiency
- Act as a central point of contact between clients, site teams, and senior management
- Support onboarding, training coordination, and compliance documentation for staff
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and internal systems (e.g. invoicing, stock tracking, and performance data)
- Diary management support
- Assist in implementing operational processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor service delivery standards and support site teams in resolving issues promptly
- Provide general support to senior leadership, including reporting, analysis, and project coordination
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative and/or operations support role, ideally within catering, hospitality, or a fast‑paced service environment
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams and with clients
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to work independently
- Experience with scheduling, compliance, or multi‑site operations is highly desirable
