Fragrance Concession Manager – Luxury Beauty – London

We are currently recruiting for a Fragrance Concession Manager on behalf of a prestigious luxury beauty brand for their concession within Luxury department store, London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a fragrance concession within one of the world’s most renowned department stores, driving both sales performance and team success.

As a Fragrance Concession Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concession, from team leadership to commercial performance.

You will ensure the highest standards of client experience while building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the concession team
• Drive sales performance and achieve commercial targets
• Deliver an exceptional, luxury-level customer experience
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Ensure excellent standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation
• Manage stock, rotas, and daily operations
• Act as the key liaison between the brand and Luxury department store

The Candidate

• Previous management experience within luxury beauty or fragrance
• Strong leadership and team development skillsCommercially driven with a strong understanding of KPIs
• Passion for fragrance and client experience
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Well-presented and brand-focused
