Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting a Transport Fleet Coordinator to join our B&Q operation in Swindon. Working closely with the Transport Manager and Assistant Transport Manager, you’ll support all aspects of fleet and driver compliance, ensuring we meet O‑Licence requirements, internal audit standards and GXO’s commitment to safety. This is a key role within the transport team — perfect for someone who enjoys structure, compliance and working at the heart of operational delivery.
The role is being offered on a full‑time, permanent basis where you’ll work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00.
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work‑life balance.
