Hospitality Operations Executive

Brackley

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Hospitality Operations Executive to help drive the performance of our Hospitality and Events Team. This role sits at the centre of our gifting and collateral operations, managing the end‑to‑end execution that makes our hospitality programme distinctive.

Working closely with Brand and Design, you will translate gifting concepts into delivery – overseeing production, budgets, freight and distribution across all hospitality environments. Your focus will be operational excellence: coordinating with suppliers, managing warehouse operations, overseeing international logistics and ensuring seamless trackside distribution. From concept approval to a guest receiving their gift, you will own the execution to our exacting standards.

You will also support major hospitality events throughout the year, providing operational and logistics expertise both in planning and onsite delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Gifting & Collateral Operations (Primary Focus)

  • Work with Brand and Design to deliver gifting and collateral from concept to production.
  • Coordinate all gifting delivery across trackside environments including Paddock Club, Paddock, Hospitality Clubs and internal initiatives.
  • Manage global freight, shipping and logistics for up to 24 race events, ensuring compliant, reliable and cost‑effective delivery.
  • Source, negotiate and manage a global supplier network.
  • Oversee warehouse and inventory operations, including stock control and hands‑on packing when required.
  • Manage international transportation, customs processes and on‑time delivery to race venues worldwide.
  • Provide onsite logistics support at key races, overseeing gifting distribution.
  • Support internal gifting programmes across departments.
  • Track budgets and reconcile gifting and logistics spend.

Event Support

  • Support several hospitality events annually with operational, logistics and guest management expertise.
  • Contribute to onsite coordination to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Candidate Profile

Essential

  • Strong experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain or production operations.
  • Proven budget management and supplier negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with hands‑on physical work in warehouses or onsite.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Highly adaptable, able to shift between tasks and environments quickly.
  • Calm, proactive problem‑solver with strong initiative.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Proficient with databases, spreadsheets, tracking systems and budget tools.

Desirable

  • Events, hospitality or guest services experience.
  • Experience in fast‑paced or high‑performance environments.
  • Familiarity with motorsport or live event operations.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends or extended hours during peak periods.

Benefits

We offer a competitive and attractive package of benefits including a generous bonus scheme, Mercedes car lease scheme, private medical cover, life assurance and 25 days holiday. We pride ourselves on our family‑friendly environment and employee well‑being programmes.
