Equans UK is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our Equans Digital Business based from our London office on a hybrid working arrangement.

Role purpose

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will play a key role in growing our portfolio by identifying new opportunities, engaging early-stage customers and supporting the wider sales process. Reporting directly to the Business Development Manager (BMS), the BDR will work collaboratively with the Solutions, Projects and Service teams within Digital to drive early engagement and strengthen our pipeline.

This is a consultative, customer-focused role centred on understanding client needs and supporting the development of tailored solutions. Working alongside the Business Development Manager, the BDR will help nurture customer relationships, contribute to account development and support strategic growth across our target sectors.
