New Product Development Manager (NPD)

Overview

New Product Development Manager (NPD) – Currently recruiting for a NPD New Product Development Manager for a successful food manufacture. You will manage multiple projects from concept to launch working closely with commercial, production and technical teams. This is a creative role, with exciting seasonal (award winning) launches especially over Summer and Christmas ranges. The site has seen huge investment within their NPD showcase kitchen and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple NPD projects from concept to launch, working closely with commercial, production and technical teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and customers, ideally UK retailers.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise workload.
• Contribute a creative and passionate mindset for new products and innovation.

Qualifications/Experience

• Experience in an NPD / new product development role for a food or drinks manufacture.
