This role is based in Manchester.**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:*** Execute end-to-end onboarding delivery: break plans into tasks, run stand-ups, track progress, and maintain RAID with clear owners and ETAs.* Configure and validate setups: manage documentation (KYC/tax/legal), set client entitlements, test integrations/data feeds, and ensure cutover readiness.* Coordinate cross-functional teams: align Sales/Coverage, Operations, Technology, Risk, and vendors; secure approvals and sign-offs at each checkpoint.* Drive client experience: run intake and readiness calls, translate requirements into configurations, provide proactive updates, and capture feedback.* Continuously improve processes: standardize workflows, update playbooks/runbooks, identify automation opportunities, and reduce cycle time and rework**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:*** Project/program execution: task management, RAID discipline, status reporting, risk mitigation; familiarity with Agile/Waterfall and dashboards.* Systems and data literacy: onboarding platforms, document management, entitlements, data flow validation; defect handling and retesting.* Stakeholder management and communication: clear written/verbal updates, structured escalations, and ability to influence cross-functional teams.* Wealth domain knowledge: client segments, products, account structures, documentation requirements, and service expectations.* Process improvement mindset: mapping workflows, removing friction, applying controls, and delivering measurable efficiency and client experience gains.**At BNY, our culture speaks for itself, check out the latest BNY news at:****Here’s a few of our recent awards:*** America’s Most Innovative Companies, Fortune, 2025* World’s Most Admired Companies, Fortune 2025* “Most Just Companies”, Just Capital and CNBC, 2025**Our Benefits and Rewards**:BNY offers highly competitive compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs rooted in a strong culture of excellence and our pay-for-performance philosophy.
