Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
We are hiring for our client, a well-established construction and facilities management organisation, to recruit a Quantity Surveyor based in Londonderry. This Quantity Surveyor role focuses on hospital works contracts, supporting the delivery of high-volume maintenance and minor works programmes across healthcare facilities.

The Role
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for projects up to £1m
- Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Administer JCT, NEC, and maintenance contracts
- Monitor costs, profitability, and cash flow projections
- Liaise with Health Trusts, project teams, and subcontractors
- Support tender pricing and bid submissions
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and audit requirements
The Person
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification
- 2+ years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role
- Experience in maintenance or minor works (public sector desirable)
- Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT and Schedule of Rates
- Excellent commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
