F&B Manager: Lead Guest Experience & Events

Stamford Bridge Hotel is coming to Lyf ! As we move towards our exciting new name and brand we are seeking someone keen to lead our Food and Beverage department, yet another world class team based at Stamford Bridge.

The Food And Beverage Manager Will Be Responsible For

Day‑to‑Day Flow: Lead the daily rhythm of the Front of House F&B team, working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen teams to keep restaurant service smooth, social, and welcoming. Share catering updates as part of wider hotel operations conversations.

Growing the Experience: Support business planning by spotting new opportunities and fresh ideas that elevate the guest experience while naturally driving revenue.

Events with Ease: Work alongside the Events Team to bring gatherings to life, supporting bookings, staffing, and resources through smart planning and well‑balanced rotas.

Effortless Service: Help shape service standards that feel natural, warm, and on‑brand. Coach teams on how to deliver standout moments and address any service gaps in a supportive, practical way.

Behind‑the‑Scenes Balance: Look after supplier relationships, stock, and pricing while keeping a close eye on costs and administration - ensuring the business runs smoothly without losing its personality.

Role

To be successful in the role of Food and Beverage Manager we’d be especially interested in talking to those who have experienced and enjoyed :

• Change Management: Re-branding or new openings.
• Leadership: Managerial experience in 4 star hotels.
