Anchor Group Services is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the prestigious Peel portfolio — a UK-wide landlord and developer of retail, mixed‑use, commercial and industrial destinations.
This is a major career opportunity to take ownership of a high‑profile national account, leading security operations across shopping centres, industrial sites, corporate offices and mobile patrols.
The Role
You’ll lead a workforce of 80+ security professionals, supported by a Contract Manager and supervisory team, with full responsibility for:
- Operational delivery and service excellence
- Client relationship and contract governance
- KPI performance and compliance standards
- Team leadership, development and welfare
- Driving continuous improvement across the portfolio
You’ll be the strategic link between Anchor and Peel — ensuring performance, professionalism and partnership at every level.
What We’re Looking For
- Multi‑site / national security management experience
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially aware and KPI‑driven
- Valid frontline SIA Licence
- Confident managing compliance, H&S and people processes
