Global Regulatory Manager

London based preferred (Nottingham option)

Hybrid 2 days per week in office

We are looking for someone who understands that regulatory is not a back-office function, but a critical driver of global growth and who wants to take ownership of that space.

The role

This is a hands-on execution focused position reporting to the Head of Product Development, operating in a fast-moving high growth environment.

You will

• Own regulatory delivery across UK, EU, US and other key markets
• Execute global product notifications and ensure PIF readiness
• Gather and validate supplier technical documentation
• Review and substantiate product claims
• Embed regulatory checkpoints into artwork and launch workflows
• Manage external regulatory partners while maintaining internal accountability and control
• Drive structure visibility and efficiency across regulatory processes

What we are looking for

• Strong hands‑on experience in cosmetic regulatory affairs
• Solid working knowledge of UK, EU and US cosmetic regulations including OTC requirements where relevant
• Confident managing global notifications and documentation end to end
• Super proactive and solution focused
• High ownership mindset
• Structured organised and efficiency driven
• Comfortable rolling up sleeves and working in detail
• Calm pragmatic and commercially aware
