This 18-month fixed term contract focuses on two critical areas: delivering the Neverland Art Trail in summer 2027 and leading planning and prioritisation initiatives for the fundraising directorate.
Responsibilities
- Project manage the Neverland Art Trail during planning and delivery, including leading project group meetings and driving performance by coordinating Art Trail Coordinators in areas such as sponsorship, digital, and content to achieve £1m net income.
- Act as key liaison between GOSH Charity and external stakeholders for the project (e.g., Wild in Art, Camden Council, other public bodies) and oversee project communications and reporting for the campaign.
- Develop and maintain a directorate-wide fundraising activity roadmap that outlines priorities, operational commitments, and strategic initiatives; translate priorities into clear operational plans aligning activity across teams and directorates.
- Consolidate and prioritise requests from fundraising teams to enabling directorates; improve visibility of project pipelines, delivery, and cross-team dependencies.
- Improve visibility of fundraising performance through enhanced reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks.
- Spearhead the change to long-term fundraising planning by translating the 10-year fundraising strategy into an 18-month rolling tactical plan.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong project management and organisational skills with experience using common project management tools and tactics.
- Good understanding of different fundraising areas with the ability to identify high-impact opportunities within a campaign.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels and navigate senior stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
