Due to continued growth, we are recruiting for a Services Co‑ordinator to join our delivery team, working on our BP NZT/NEP project in Teesside.
Due to brownfield nature of the project, there are significant interfaces with existing utilities. Reporting to the Permit Lead and in support of the responsible Area Leads (North and South), this role ensures that all works that break ground are informed and controlled by a permit to dig to ensure the works are carried out safely and without detriment to existing utilities.
Fulfil the role of Services Co‑ordinator (a formal appointment under the Costain way).
Management of the permit to dig process.
Liaise with Statutory Undertakers throughout the contract.
Ensure accurate, up to date utility information is obtained and informs the permit to dig process.
Ensure that any uncharted services and any new services are notified and updated on the associated drawings/project information.
Conduct regular compliance surveillance and inspection.
Actively support CTRM process.
