So, what will you be doing?
- Contacting customers and suppliers to obtain missing or incorrect information
- Reviewing and cleansing finance data
- Accurately inputting and updating records
- Supporting the finance team with general administrative tasks linked to the project
Must have's
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident using Excel and internal systems
- Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
Nice to have's
- Previous administration or finance support experience
Helpful extras
- Based in Gloucester
- Full time hours, Monday to Friday
- Office based role
