Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in delivering commercial projects within the construction or modular industry? Our client, a growing and well-established business, is expanding due to a significant increase in workload. They are now seeking a confident and commercially aware Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects, delivering a seamless pre‑ and after‑sales service to clients across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic organisation where you will play a key role in managing multiple projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of installation projects nationwide, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Proven experience in a Project Manager role within the construction or modular sector
Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
Solid understanding of Health & Safety regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable)
A relevant qualification in construction, civil engineering, or a related discipline (preferred)
The ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and build strong client relationships
