Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + commission
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition across the construction recruitment market.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives on winning new business and building strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and win new recruitment clients
- Build long‑term client partnerships
- Develop and grow a profitable recruitment desk
- Work closely with delivery teams to fulfil roles
- Generate new revenue streams
