What You'll Do
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, tenders, and Bills of Quantities
- Review drawings and specifications to assess project requirements
- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
- Identify value engineering opportunities
- Manage multiple tenders to tight deadlines
- Collaborate with project and commercial teams
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' experience as an Estimator
- Background in high-end residential or commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of UK construction practices and JCT contracts
- Excellent attention to detail and commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Full UK driving licence
